Our Premier Mattresses offer good comfort, support and durability. There are two models available, all of which feature a two-sided design, stitched cotton padding and handles for ease of turning. Each Premier Mattress also has a higher coil count than our Orthopedic/Accord Mattresses. In addition, the Premier Foundation features an additional wood slat for extra support. All Premier Mattress models are available in the standard Twin, Full, Queen and King sizes.
