There are two models available, all of which feature a two-sided design, stitched cotton padding and handles for ease of turning. Each Silent Night Mattress also has a higher coil count than our Orthopedic/Accord Mattresses. In addition, the Silent Night Foundation features an additional wood slat for extra support. All Silent Night Mattress models are available in the standard Twin, Full, Queen and King sizes.
